Complaints Procedure
1. Any complaints will be handled in accordance with the complaints procedure of our online shop and the legal regulations in force in the Czech Republic.
2. Goods can be claimed from the operator under the terms of the Complaints Procedure.
3. The carrier is not responsible for poorly packed shipments. The manufacturer usually does not accept the warranty for goods damaged in transit even if the defect has manifested itself before transport.
The buyer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt of the goods. Inspection shall be understood as the detection of the integrity of the packaging, mechanical or other damage to the packaging of the shipment and the goods and also the completeness of the delivered goods according to the delivery note.
In the event of damage caused by transport, the buyer has the right not to accept the shipment.
Later claims concerning damage or incompleteness of the goods made after receipt of the shipment from the supplier will not be taken into account.
Delivery conditions
Goods that we have in stock are dispatched the day after we receive your order. Other goods and manufactured goods (grinding belts, rolls) are dispatched within 7 working days.
Abrasive belts, atypical rolls and cut-outs are usually in stock in the cut and material required and must be produced. Production is max. within 7 working days, if you are in a hurry for the belts, please inform us and we will produce the belts quickly.
In case of personal collection it is possible to collect the goods at the address given in contact information by prior telephone or e-mail agreement. When paying by wire transfer to the account, the goods are issued immediately after the appropriate amount is credited to the account. Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer, subject to payment of the pre-agreed purchase price, at the time of receipt of the goods at the place of delivery designated by him.
Non-acceptance of goods
If the buyer does not take delivery of the ordered goods and the goods are returned to the seller, the seller is entitled to claim from the buyer the full cost of shipping the goods. After the return of the uncollected goods back to the Seller's headquarters, the Buyer will be issued an advance invoice for the shipping of the goods with a due date of 10 days. In the event that the invoice is not paid, the Seller shall be entitled to claim payment by legal proceedings.
Ordering goods
You can order online directly on our website. If for some reason direct ordering does not work for you, you can send your order as a regular e-mail to our address [email protected] . Or you can place your order by phone. A condition for placing an order is to enter the details for delivery of the goods to the buyer. The Buyer hereby undertakes that the information provided is valid and true. In the event of inaccurate or incomplete data, the seller may be subject to misleading. This may result in non-delivery of the ordered goods. The costs associated with the incorrect order (packaging, unnecessary transport to and from the designated address) will be recovered from the buyer. All orders placed through the online shop INGTECH are binding. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you have provided. Upon delivery of this e-mail, the purchase contract is concluded. The seller reserves the right to reduce the order in case of selling out of a particular item, this fact will be discussed with the buyer.
Terms and Conditions
1. All orders placed through our online shop are binding. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he/she has read these terms and conditions as well as the Complaints Policy and agrees to them.
2. The order is a draft purchase contract. The purchase contract is formed at the moment of acceptance of the ordered goods by the buyer.
3. A condition for the validity of an electronic order is the completion of all the data and requirements prescribed by the form.
4. The place of delivery of the goods is the address specified by the buyer in the registration form.
5. Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer, subject to payment of the purchase price, upon acceptance.
6. By completing the registration form or binding order within our online shop, the buyer gives the seller consent to the collection and archiving of personal data about the buyer and their purchases.
The Operator reserves the right to correct the price of the goods prior to dispatch if it is found that the goods have been offered at an incorrect price. In this case, the customer must be informed of the correct price and must agree to the price adjustment. Otherwise, the purchase contract will not be concluded and the order will be cancelled by the operator.
Withdrawal from the purchase contract (return of goods)
The buyer has the right under the Civil Code No.367/2000 to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If he so decides, he must send back the goods undamaged, without signs of use or wear, preferably in their original packaging, within the specified period (the date of dispatch is decisive). Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Seller shall promptly refund the Customer the corresponding amount in the manner agreed in advance.
Manufactured goods - endless strips, rolls and die-cuts - cannot be returned as these are made-to-order products.
Final provisions
1. These terms and conditions are valid in the wording specified on the Seller's website on the date of sending the electronic order by the Buyer.
2. By sending an electronic order, the buyer accepts without reservation all the provisions of the terms and conditions as in force on the date of sending the order.
